All products sold by Discount DTF Transfers are custom printed on demand based on customer-submitted files.

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• All sales are final unless an error or defect occurs on our part

• We do not accept cancellations once an order has entered production

• We are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied artwork

3. Artwork & File Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring all artwork is print-ready. This includes correct sizing, resolution, transparency, spelling, orientation, and color setup.

Discount DTF Transfers does not guarantee artwork checks or corrections. Files are printed exactly as submitted.

We are not responsible for issues resulting from:

• Low-resolution or improperly formatted files

• Spelling or design errors

• Unintended backgrounds or transparency issues

• Incorrect sizing or layout

4. Color Accuracy

We do not guarantee color matching. Color output may vary due to monitor settings, file color profiles, ink variations, materials, and printing processes.

Minor color variations are considered normal and are not grounds for refunds or reprints.

5. Turnaround Times & Shipping

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary due to order volume, equipment maintenance, supply availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

Discount DTF Transfers is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.

Once an order leaves our facility, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

6. Pressing & Application Responsibility

Customers are responsible for proper pressing and application of DTF transfers.

Discount DTF Transfers is not liable for issues caused by:

• Improper heat, pressure, or dwell time

• Incompatible garments or substrates

• Improper peeling or finishing methods

• Equipment inconsistencies or operator error

We strongly recommend testing transfers prior to full production.

7. Returns, Refunds & Reprints

Our Return & Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms of Service.

Refunds or reprints are issued solely at our discretion and only in cases of confirmed defects, damage, or fulfillment errors on our part.

8. Intellectual Property

Customers affirm that they own or have legal rights to reproduce any artwork submitted.

Discount DTF Transfers is not responsible for copyright, trademark, or licensing violations related to customer-provided designs.

By submitting artwork, you agree to indemnify and hold Discount DTF Transfers harmless from any intellectual property claims.

9. Limitation of Liability

Discount DTF Transfers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

10. Billing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is required in full before production begins.

11. Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and future order refusal.
