At Discount DTF Transfers, all products are custom printed on demand. Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.


Order Processing Time

All orders are printed on demand and typically processed within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Processing times may vary due to:

  • Order volume

  • Equipment maintenance

  • Supply availability

  • Holidays or unforeseen circumstances

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship orders using major shipping carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping method selection is made at checkout based on availability and destination.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has been processed.


Transit Times

Shipping transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Discount DTF Transfers is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Events beyond our control

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Discount DTF Transfers is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received

  • Delays or returns due to address errors

Any reshipment costs due to incorrect address information will be the responsibility of the customer.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, the customer must contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.

Discount DTF Transfers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

We recommend shipping to a secure location and monitoring tracking updates closely.


Damaged Packages During Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact info@discountdtftransfers.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

  • The damaged packaging

  • The shipping label

  • The damaged product

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.


Local Pickup (If Applicable)

If local pickup is selected at checkout, customers will be notified when the order is ready.
