Return & Refund Policy

At Discount DTF Transfers, all products are printed on demand. Due to the custom nature of our printing process, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or an error on our part has occurred.

If your order arrives with damage, a defect, or an incorrect item, you must notify us within 30 days of the order date so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or replacement, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be unused and unpressed

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Returns submitted outside the 30-day window or for reasons unrelated to damage, defects, or fulfillment errors will not be accepted.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@discountdtftransfers.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Clear photos of the issue may be required to assist in evaluation.

Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a reprint or refund at our discretion.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to complete the approved return process and place a new order once the return has been accepted.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@discountdtftransfers.com.


Artwork Responsibility & Print-Ready Files

Discount DTF Transfers does not guarantee artwork checks or corrections. Customers are responsible for ensuring all files submitted are print-ready, including but not limited to correct sizing, transparency, resolution, orientation, spelling, and color setup.

While we may occasionally reach out if something appears obviously incorrect, we do not guarantee artwork review. Due to the discounted pricing and high-volume production environment, files are printed as received.

Refunds or reprints will not be issued for artwork errors submitted by the customer.


Color Accuracy Disclaimer

We do not offer color matching. Colors may vary due to differences in screens, monitors, file color profiles, inks, materials, and the DTF printing process itself.

By placing an order with Discount DTF Transfers, you acknowledge and accept that minor color variations are normal and are not considered defects.


Pressing & Application Responsibility

Proper pressing and application of DTF transfers is the responsibility of the customer. Pressing variables such as heat, pressure, dwell time, garment type, humidity, and equipment can significantly impact final results.

Discount DTF Transfers is not responsible for issues caused by improper pressing, incorrect temperature or pressure, incompatible garments, or application errors.

We strongly recommend testing transfers before full production runs.
