How do I track my order?

What shipping options do you offer?

Standard shipping is the most economical option, while expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery at an additional cost. Shipping transit times vary based on the carrier selected, and all orders ship via UPS or USPS once production is complete.

How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are printed on demand and typically process within 1–2 business days, unless a rush order is selected. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.



Where do you ship from?

All orders are printed and shipped from the United States. We do not outsource production overseas, allowing us to maintain quality control and faster turnaround times compared to many competitors in our price range.


What if my package is delayed?

Shipping transit times are estimates provided by the carrier. Once your order has shipped, delivery time is subject to the carrier and factors such as weather or peak shipping periods. Discount DTF Transfers is not responsible for carrier delays.




What if my package shows delivered but I didn’t receive it?

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim. We recommend shipping to a secure location and monitoring tracking updates closely.






What if my order arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged, contact info@discountdtftransfers.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging, shipping label, and damaged product so we can review the issue.








How much does shipping cost?

The exact shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the weight of the items in the customer's shopping cart. Customers can view the shipping costs during the checkout process before completing their purchase.

When will my order ship?

Your order will ship once production is complete. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or an error on our part has occurred.

What qualifies for a return or reprint?

Returns or reprints are only considered for:

  • Damaged items
  • Printing defects
  • Incorrect items sent

Issues must be reported within 30 days of the order date.

Do you accept returns for artwork errors?

No. Customers are responsible for submitting print-ready files. We do not offer artwork checks or corrections, and files are printed exactly as submitted.

How do I report an issue with my order?

Please email info@discountdtftransfers.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the problem so we can review it promptly.



Are shipping costs refundable?

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is the result of an error on our part.



Warranty & Quality

Do your transfers come with a warranty?

We stand behind the quality of our transfers at the time they leave our facility. However, we do not offer a warranty once transfers have been pressed or applied.

What is not covered under warranty?

Warranty does not cover:

  • Improper pressing or application
  • Incorrect heat, pressure, or dwell time
  • Incompatible garments or substrates
  • Customer handling errors
  • Color variation or artwork issues
What should I do before full production?

We strongly recommend testing transfers on a sample garment before completing large production runs.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes. Discount DTF Transfers is designed specifically to offer discounted pricing for bulk and wholesale customers.

Is there a minimum order for wholesale?

No formal wholesale account is required. Bulk and wholesale pricing is available directly through our website.

Do you offer custom pricing for large orders?

Can I resell your transfers?

Yes. Our transfers are commonly purchased for resale, business use, and fulfillment purposes.

Do you check artwork before printing?

No. Due to our discounted pricing and high-volume production, we do not guarantee artwork checks. Files are printed as submitted.

Do you offer color matching?

No. We do not offer color matching. Minor color variations are normal and not considered defects.



Can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your order carefully before checkout.





Do you guarantee delivery dates?

No. Shipping transit times are estimates provided by the carrier. We do not guarantee delivery dates.






Are your transfers printed in the USA?

Yes. All transfers are printed and shipped from the United States, not overseas.
